Wrongful Dismissal. Where under Clause 11.1 an Arbitration Board finds that a member has been dismissed, suspended or otherwise disciplined for other than proper cause, such Arbitration Board may: (a) Direct the Board to reinstate the member and pay to the member a sum equal to the member’s wages lost by reason of their dismissal, suspension or other discipline or such lesser sum as, in the opinion of Arbitration Board, is fair and reasonable; or (b) Make such other order as it considers fair and reasonable, having regard to the terms of this Agreement.
