Xxx Pal Giving Fund. (via PayPal). If selecting PayPalGivingFund (and PayPal), funds will be sent using PayPal to the Pay Pal Giving Fund. You may choose to claim your charity profile. You will be responsible for the regular credit card & PayPal processing fees associated with processing transactions to your account as well as any other fees which you may incur because of opening, operating, maintaining, or closing your account. Our transaction fees are on top of any credit card processing fee charged by PayPal. For ticket or registration sales made through the Site, transaction fees (credit card PayPal and GoFundraise) are applied individually to each ticket sold, regardless of whether or not multiple tickets are purchased in one order.   • Training Fund Employers and/or individuals who manage, operate, assist or own, either partially or wholly, a company or companies working non-union in the construction industry on Mainland Nova Scotia within the craft jurisdiction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 83 shall not be eligible to be appointed to serve, or to continue to serve, as trustees on any trust fund referred to within this Collective Agreement.   • Sinking Fund The provisions of Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06 shall be applicable to any sinking fund for the retirement of Securities of a series, except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 2.01 for Securities of such series. The minimum amount of any sinking fund payment provided for by the terms of Securities of any series is herein referred to as a “mandatory sinking fund payment,” and any payment in excess of such minimum amount provided for by the terms of Securities of any series is herein referred to as an “optional sinking fund payment”.   • On-Going Funding 4.2.1 For the current term the Boards agree to contribute funds to support the Trust as follows:

  • Matching Funds The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Matching Funds shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement.   • Monthly Status Reports 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.

  • Certified Payroll Records The records required in Labor Code section 1776 shall be required to be kept and submitted to the City of San Diego, but will not be required to be submitted online with the DIR directly. The Design Professional will need to keep those records for at least three years following the completion of the Agreement. (Labor Code section 1771.4).
