XXXX Regulations. The Transportation Provider shall, pursuant to and in accordance with 101 CMR 15.03(1)(B), require and consider the criminal history information pertaining to all employees of the Transportation Provider who will be given access or potential access to PI, and all applicants for employment with the Transportation Provider where the position applied for entails access or potential access to PI. The Transportation Provider shall otherwise comply with all applicable terms of 101 CMR 15.00 in connection with the review and consideration of employee and applicant criminal records.

XXXX Regulations. Contractor shall, pursuant to and in accordance with 101 CMR 15.00, require and consider the criminal history information pertaining to: (a) all applicants and employees seeking a position within Contractor that entails the potential for unsupervised contact with MassHealth applicants or member; (b) those Contractor applicants and employees for whom criminal history information is necessary to comply with other legal requirements; and (c) those Contractor applicants and employees for whom criminal history information is deemed to be relevant to the duties and qualifications of the position by Contractor or EOHHS (subject to applicable exceptions are set forth in 101 CMR 15.03). For purposes of subsection (c) of the foregoing sentence, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that XXXXX deems criminal history information to be relevant to the duties and qualifications of any Contractor applicant or employee whose position would or does entail access (including potential access) to PI. Contractor shall otherwise comply with all applicable terms of 101 CMR 15.00.

XXXX Regulations. All materials used for booth decoration must be of a non-flammable nature. Electric signs and equipment must be wired to meet specifications of local fire authorities. Fire extinguishers on walls, on the floor or elsewhere must not be removed or obstructed in any manner.

  • Export Regulation You acknowledge that the Licensed Software and related technical data and services (collectively "Controlled Technology") are subject to the import and export laws of the United States, specifically the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the laws of any country where Controlled Technology is imported or re-exported. You agree to comply with all relevant laws and will not to export any Controlled Technology in contravention to U.S. law nor to any prohibited country, entity, or person for which an export license or other governmental approval is required. All Symantec products, including the Controlled Technology are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. You hereby agree that You will not export or sell any Controlled Technology for use in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.

  • Leave Regulations The leave regulations in Subchapter 510 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual, insofar as such regulations establish wages, hours and working conditions of employees covered by this Agreement, shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement.

  • Technical Regulations 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment shall be governed by the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade.
