Xxxxx of Access and Use. During the term of this Agreement, the City hereby grants to Xxxxxxxx, at no cost to Xxxxxxxx, access to and the rights-of-use of all those easements, rights-of- way, streets, waterlines, facilities and any other property (including those Surplus Waterlines and easements described in the Service Area Agreement) in the Transfer Area which may be necessary or convenient for Xxxxxxxx to fulfill its retail water utility service obligations under this Agreement.

Xxxxx of Access and Use. LT Trust hereby grants the right to access and use the Website to conduct electronic Transactions which include but are not limited to: (i) providing mutual fund trade instructions and trade allocation data to LT Trust for processing; (ii) initiating distribution requests for processing by LT Trust; (iii) requesting electronic delivery of account statements; (iv) updating your personal profile (including your mailing address and email address); and (v) where permitted by plan type and Account Agreement, requesting loans from business retirement plans (please consult your Plan Sponsor to determine if you may request a loan from your plan). LT Trust shall provide access to the Website via the password protected portion of this Website.

  • Access and Use 1. Each Party shall ensure that enterprises of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications network or service, including leased circuits, offered in its territory or across its borders on a timely basis and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory such as those set out in paragraphs 2 to 6.

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.

If Customer notifies HP of such a non-conformity during the 30 day period, HP will promptly remedy the impacted deliverables or refund to Customer the fees paid for those deliverables and Customer will return those deliverables to HP.

  • Conditions of Access 2.1. Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject always to the terms and conditions set out in this user agreement.

  • Use of Access Data Prohibited If Vendor stores, collects or maintains data electronically as a condition of accessing Contract information, such data shall only be used internally by Vendor for the purpose of implementing or marketing the Contract, and shall not be disseminated to third parties or used for other marketing purposes.   • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
