Xxxxx Pay. When a Flight Attendant is required, by the Company, to ferry as essential crew to or from any station, she/he will receive her/his applicable Pay Rates for the actual flight time.
Xxxxx Pay. The Company will provide you one or more final paychecks for all wages, salary, reimbursable expenses previously submitted by you, accrued vacation (if applicable) and any similar payments due you from the Company as of the Separation Date.
Xxxxx Pay. On the Date of Separation, the Company will pay you f or all wages, salary, transportation and commuting allowance, bonuses, commissions, reimbursable expenses previously submitted by you, accrued vacation (if applicable) and any similar payments due you from the Company as of your termination of employment. By signing below, you acknowledge that the Company does not owe you any other amounts, except as otherwise may become payable under this Agreement and the Release.
Xxxxx Pay. On or shortly after the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary (at the rate of your monthly base salary of $41,555.08) earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to this payment by law. Since the Company has a nonaccrual paid time off policy, you do not have any accrued vacation or other paid time off and thus will not be paid out for any accrued vacation or other paid time off.
Xxxxx Pay. On or shortly after the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to this payment regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that, consistent with our policy and practice of non-accrual of paid time off, as of the Separation Date you will not have any accrued but unused vacation time or paid time off for which you are entitled to payment.
Xxxxx Pay.
