Xxxxxx Written Grievance to Employee's Supervisor. If the employee chooses to formally pursue his/her grievance, he/she or his/her representative shall present the written grievance to his/her immediate within five (5) working days after the date upon which the grieving employee informally discusses the grievance with the supervisor. (In the event a group grievance is formally submitted by die recognized employee organization, its initial submission will be to the department head and subsequent steps will be followed as outlined in this section.)
