Xxxxxx’s Representative. The authorized representative of the Lessee for purposes of this lease shall be as set forth on the Lease Data Sheet.
Xxxxxx’s Representative. Tenant has designated Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx as its sole representatives with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who shall each have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Xxxxxx’s Representative. For the purpose of clarity, the Project Manager shall refer to the person or persons that are the duly appointed representatives to whom the County of Wise shall give authority over its Wise County Fairgrounds.
Xxxxxx’s Representative. Prior to the commencement of construction of the Solar Facility, Lessee shall appoint a representative who shall keep Lessor reasonably informed on the status of the construction of the Solar Facility and provide responses to questions and concerns raised by Xxxxxx.
Xxxxxx’s Representative. Tenant designates Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, as the representative of Tenant having authority to approve the Plans and Specifications, request or approve any change order, give and receive all notices, consents, approvals and directions regarding the Tenant Improvements, and to otherwise act for and bind Tenant in all matters relating to the Tenant Improvements.
