Common use of Xxxxxxx Committee Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Committee. The Employer recognizes the right of the Union to elect or select from its employees who are members of the Union, job stewards to handle Union business. It shall not be the practice of the job stewards to conduct Union business during work time or in work areas unless otherwise agreed to by Administration. The names of such job stewards shall be furnished to the Medical Center.
