Common use of Xxxxxxx Duties Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Duties. Should the Company find that a xxxxxxx'x activities interfere with the normal course of his/her duties or the duties of other employees, the Company may contact a representative of the Local Union and/or register a grievance commencing with Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure as outlined in Section 7.2 (b).
