Xxxxxxxx Xx., Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx, approximately 3 acres (the “Xxxxxxx Junction Transit Center”). City hereby transfers all of its right, title, and interest in and to the Xxxxxxx Junction Transit Center, subject only to any required approval by UDOT and the FTA, which City shall use good faith, best efforts to obtain promptly, and City shall convey the same by quitclaim deed to the District (the “Xxxxxxx Quitclaim Deed”).
