XXXXXXX PAY, PARKING FEE. A. On jobs with three (3) or more employees, an employer is required to designate a qualified xxxxxxx. The xxxxxxx rate shall be $1.00 per hour over the scale. B. At the sole discretion of the employer, they may designate a general xxxxxxx. The general xxxxxxx shall receive two ($2) dollars per hour more than the highest paid employee he directly and continuously supervises. C. When an employee works in an area where free parking is not available within two (2) blocks, (or approximately 200 yards) the employer shall either provide parking or reimburse the employee upon submission of proper parking receipts by the following weekly pay period for parking costs not to exceed $15.00 per day. The employer may designate the parking area.
