XXXXXXX’S GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY. A. Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement. Xxxxxxx is responsible for the performance of all project activities identified in Attachment 1: Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program Request for Proposals and Attachment 2: Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program Grant Proposal. C. Grantee shall immediately advise the BSCC of any significant problems or changes that arise during the course of the project.

  • Contractor’s General Responsibilities The Contractor, regardless of any delegation or subcontract entered by the Contractor, shall be responsible for the following when providing information technology staff augmentation services:

  • Financial Responsibility You understand that you remain, solely and exclusively responsible for any and all financial risks, including, without limitation, insufficient funds associated with accessing the Service. The Credit Union shall not be liable in any manner for such risk unless Credit Union fails to follow the procedures described in materials for use of the service. You assume exclusive responsibility for the consequences of any instructions you give to the Credit Union, for your failures to access the Service properly in a manner prescribed by the Credit Union, and for your failure to supply accurate input information, including, without limitation, any information contained in an application.

  • Mutual Responsibilities It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company to explain fully the terms of this Agreement to all its officers, supervisors and others engaged in a supervisory capacity and it is recognized to be the duty of the Union to explain fully to its members, its and their responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement.

  • Personal Responsibility The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) certify that Participant has no physical or mental condition that precludes him/her from participating in the Activities and that he/she is not participating against medical advice. The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant’s participation in the Activities is voluntary and further understand that they have the opportunity to inspect the Host’s Equipment and facilities before any participation. The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant is obligated to follow the rules of the Activities and that he/she can minimize his/her risk of injury by doing so and through the exercise of common sense and by being aware of his/her surroundings. If, while participating in the Activities, the Participant or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) observe any unusual hazard or condition, which they believe jeopardizes Participant’s personal safety or that of others, Participant and/or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will remove Participant from participation in the Activities and immediately bring said hazard or condition to the attention of the Host. FORM 1512 (0115) General Waiver A – Page 1 To the extent that any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid under the law of the applicable jurisdiction, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain binding and available for use by the Host and its counsel in any proceeding.
