Salary Increases During the period of employment as provided in Paragraph 1(b) hereof, the base salary of the Executive shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether or not the same should be increased in light of the duties and responsibilities of the Executive and the performance thereof, and if it is determined that an increase is merited, such increase shall be promptly put into effect and the base salary of the Executive as so increased shall constitute the base salary of the Executive for purposes of Paragraph 3(a).
Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:
Salary Increase 46.01 Effective July 1, 2020 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2021 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees. Effective July 1, 2022 an increase equal to 1% will be added to the job rates and to the salaries of all employees.
Funding Adjustments Funding Adjustments may be made for the following reasons and in the following manner:
SALARY STEP INCREASES a. Increases to steps above the entry step shall be based on performance and length of service. The employee must have earned the equivalent of at least twenty-six
Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.
Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable. Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
FUNDING INCREASE 1. The Commonwealth shall notify the Grantee in writing of any funding increases under this Agreement.
