Years at Other Universities. Years of full-time employment at other universities at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher rank, at the request of the Employee and with the agreement of the Departmental committee (as established in Article 9.02.3), shall be taken into account in counting the years for eligibility for tenure, provided the Employee has served at least thirty six (36) months at St. Xxxxxx University.
