Yield Periods. At any time when the Seller shall select, convert to or renew a Term Rate Investment Option, the Seller shall notify the Administrator thereof by delivering a request therefor prior to the effective date. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the following provisions shall apply to any selection of, renewal of, or conversion to a Term Rate Investment Option:

Yield Periods. At any time when the Seller shall select, convert to or renew a BSBY Rate Option, the Seller shall notify the Administrator thereof at least three (3) Business Days prior to the effective date of such BSBY Rate Option by delivering an Investment Notice. The notice shall specify a Yield Period during which such Yield Rate Option shall apply. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the following provisions shall apply to any selection of, renewal of, or conversion to a BSBY Rate Option:
