Your Employment Obligations. You shall fulfill your common law obligations and responsibilities to the Employer by: • Diligently and faithfully performing all the employment duties and responsibilities (within your level of competence and training); • Apply safe work methods and practices in accordance with the requirements of the Tasmanian Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and consequent regulations; • Observe the Employer’s lawful and reasonable directions, orders and policies (as varied from time to time) and do all things necessary to protect the image and reputation of the Employer; • Unless otherwise agreed to with the Employer, avoid being directly or indirectly involved, or engaged in work, or the provision of services to any other Employer, business or individual whether paid or otherwise, which in any way conflicts with the interests of the Employer.
