賬戶內之款項. 11.1 本公司有權將賬戶內持有的所有款項及為或代客戶收取的所有款項，存入一個或多個在香港的獨立賬戶，而每個該等賬戶須指定為信託賬戶或客戶賬戶，並開設於一間或多間認可財務機構或證監會就《客戶款項規則》第 4 條核准的任何其他人士。除非客戶與本公司另有協定，否則該等款項產生之任何利息必須絕對歸本公司所有。

Vision Care Insurance The District agrees to provide vision care insurance for 39 eligible employees. The Medical Eye Services plan provides one (1) comprehensive 40 examination every twelve (12) consecutive months; two (2) pairs of lenses in any 41 twenty-four (24) consecutive months. Employee is responsible for paying a ten 42 dollar ($10) deductible per calendar year. Prior enrollment in the plan is required. 43
School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.
Electrician The employer may take an inventory of an employee’s tools when the latter is hired, failing which, the list of tools in the appendix hereto shall prevail. In the event of loss or damage resulting from a fire or break-in, the employer shall replace the tools in question or compensate the employee for up to $600.00.
Telecommuting The EAA and Management acknowledge the City of Los Angeles Telecommuting Program (C.F. #93-2250), and that employees of this Unit may be considered for eligibility by Management of their respective departments/bureaus in accordance with the Telecommuting Action Plan. Both parties agree to comply with this Plan, the provisions of which shall be superseded by any modifications adopted by the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Employee Parking and Transportation Options, or other body so authorized to make such modifications.
Third Party “Third Party” shall mean any Person other than a Party or an Affiliate of a Party.
PERS The City provides unit employee retirement coverage through the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS).
