Warrants. 7.1 On 23 July 2021, the general meeting resolved to issue warrants and to pass a resolution on the potential capital in- crease related thereto. The issued warrants carry the right to subscribe for up to nominally DKK 63,837.7125 shares in the Company. The full set of terms and conditions regarding the warrants are specified in Schedule 7.1 which forms an integral part of the Ar- ticles of Association of the Company.

De udstedte warrants giver ret til at tegne op til nominelt 63.837,7125 kr. aktier i Selskabet. De fuldstændige vilkår for disse warrants er indeholdt i Bi- lag 7.1, der udgør en integreret del af Selskabets vedtægter.

Warrants. 3.7.1. På selskabets generalforsamling den 1. september 2020 blev der truffet be- slutning om at udstede 100.000 warrants, der giver ret til tegning af op til 2.000 kr. af selskabskapitalen. Vilkårene for udstedelsen og udnyttelsen af pågældende warrants fremgår af bilag 1 til vedtægterne. Bestyrelsen blev samtidig bemyndiget til at gennemføre kapitalforhøjelsen forbundet med ud- nyttelse af nævnte warrants.
