Access and use. You may access and use the Service Offering only: (a) during the Subscription Term; (b) for Your internal business purposes (which may include providing services to Your End Users if permitted in the Service Offering Description); and (c) in accordance with the Agreement. You may stop using a Service Offering at any time, but You will remain liable for all fees and charges otherwise due during the applicable Subscription Term.
Access and use. (1) The operator offers the Aragon guest WLAN (HotSpot) only for tenants / guests of the Hotel Aragon. It is not a public one accessible telecommunications service, but an internal one Wi-Fi for guests / tenants of the Hotel Aragon.
(2) Prerequisite for the use of the guest Wi-Fi (HotSpot) is that the user has completed at least the age of 18, and the Acceptance of these Wi-Fi Terms of Use. If the user has not completed the age of 18, then use is only allowed if the holder of parental responsibility for the user has consented to or has consented to the use of Aragon Guest WLan Network (HotSpot).
(3) A condition for a use is that you the validity of this Accept Terms of Use at the start of use of the hotspot. This happens by using the hotspot on your device as Use Wi-Fi network.
(4) There is no right to use the hotspot. The operator is free to access the hotspot at any time without stating Restrict or discontinue reasons.
(5) The current version of these Terms of Use applies made available to the user when logging in to the hotspot.
