Accounting and Records. The Security Agent shall be obliged to account to the New Security Agent for its activities under or with respect to any Collateral Agreement. The Security Agent shall deliver to the New Security Agent, subject to any applicable law (in particular, data protection legislation), all relevant contracts, correspondence, files and other documents, books, books of accounts, registers, records and other information and documents relating to the performance of its obligations under the Transaction Documents.
