Assumption of Obligations. In the event of a replacement of the Security Agent pursuant to Clause 13 (Resignation and Revocation), the Security Agent shall reach an agreement with the New Security Agent that the New Security Agent assumes the obligations of the Security Agent's under the relevant Collateral Agreement and under this Agreement. The costs incurred in connection with replacing the Security Agent pursuant to Clause 13 (Resignation and Revocation) shall be borne by the Issuer.
