Certification of Shares. 3.2.1 The shareholder may at any time request the Corporation to issue a confirmation of the number of shares held by such shareholder. The shareholder is not, however, entitled to request the printing and delivery of certificates for registered shares. The Corporation may, on the other hand, at any time print and deliver certificates for registered shares, and may, with the consent of the shareholder, destroy without replacement issued certificates that are delivered to it.
