Infringements of property rights. 14.1. We accept no liability for the infringement of industrial property rights resulting from the customer's specifications. We assume no ob- ligation to check whether technical specifications of the customer could infringe industrial property rights of third parties. Such an exam- ination is the responsibility of the customer who provides the technical specifications. Insofar as third parties assert industrial property rights, the infringement of which is attributable to the customer's specifica- tions, the customer shall indemnify us against the claims of the third party.
