Place of Jurisdiction/Written Form. 8.1. All arrangements and/or agreements between organizers and exhibitors must be in writing. Without compliance with the written form, this arrangement and/or agreement are ineffective.
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, organizers and exhibitors agree on Munich as the place of jurisdiction.
8.3. The organizers and exhibitors agree that if one of the above clauses is and/or becomes invalid, it will be replaced by a clause that corresponds to what is economically intended
8.4. In case of doubt, the General Terms and Conditions in German language are legally binding.
