Place of Jurisdiction. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Dover, Delaware.
Place of Jurisdiction. 11.1 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all directly or indirectly arising disputes from the contractual relationship is Berlin. However, commehr GmbH is also entitled to take the client to court at its general place of jurisdiction.

For all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and its implementation, including the validity of the contract or its provisions, courts in Memmingen shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If the Contractor is a "consumer" pursuant to the Consumer Code (Article 3, Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions), any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or application of the insurance is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer or, at his choice, of the Court of Milan. If the Policyholder is not a "consumer" pursuant to the Consumer Code (art. 3, Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions), in the event of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or application of this insurance, the Jurisdiction is chosen by the plaintiff: The Company is not obliged to provide any cover, to compensate claims or to provide any other type of performance on the basis of this insurance, if such coverage, compensation or performance could expose the Company to sanctions or to the violation of prohibitions and restrictive measures deriving from resolutions of the United Nations or by provisions dictated by laws or regulations of the European Union, USA, Canada or the United Kingdom. Refundable airport taxes are excluded from the refund.
Place of Jurisdiction. If the agent and the client are merchants, the place of performance for all obligations and claims arising from the legal relationship and the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin.
Place of Jurisdiction. The place of jurisdiction is Freiburg.
Place of Jurisdiction. With regard to all disputes resulting from this business relationship Berlin shall be place of jurisdiction if the purchaser • is a merchant, • has its place of residence and registered of ce outside the Federal Republic of Germany, or • after conclusion of the contract has moved its place of residence or normal abode abroad or its place of residence or normal abode was not known at the time the action was led. Our right to take action against the purcha- ser at another place of jurisdiction remains unaffected.
