Where waste is delivered to the disposal facility that we have designated, which may be operated by us or a third party contracted by us, as well as when waste is transported, the followingprerequisites apply: compliance with thestatutory provisions, including the Waste Management Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - KrWG), the Regulation on Waste Recovery and Disposal Records (Verordnung über die Nachweisführung bei der Entsorgung von Abfällen - Nachweisverordnung - NachwV) and, in the case of cross-border waste shipments, Regulation (EC) 1013/2006, and, in addition, our prior agreement or that of the third party contracted by us has been obtained regarding the date.
