Preventive measures. The contracting parties undertake to
a) to take measures to the extent reasonable for the con- tractual partner to ensure the protection of confidential in- formation and documents of the contractual partners, but at least to work towards their protection or to co -operate in their protection,
b) to prevent unauthorised disclosure of information and documents, to support the respective contractual partner in regaining full control over unauthorised disclosure of infor- mation and documents and to prevent any further disclo- sure of information and documents.
