Quality and Documentation. 7.1. The Supplier shall deliver the goods or perform the services, while continu- ing to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its performance. In particular, the Supplier shall ensure that its goods or services conform to the current applicable statutory and regulatory requirements of the country of receipt, the country of shipment and the customer-identified country of destination.
Quality and Documentation. 1. Concerning its deliveries, the supplier must comply with the accepted engineering standards, safety regulations and the agreed technical data. Any modifications to the goods to be delivered require the prior written consent of the buyer. On initial sample inspection, see the VDA publication “Volume 2 Quality Assurance for Supplies Production process and product approval PPA.” Notwithstanding the above, the supplier shall continuously monitor the quality of the goods to be delivered. The contractual partners shall inform each other about the options for improving quality.
Quality and Documentation. 6.1 The Goods must comply with the quality requirements and specifications agreed in the Purchase Order and be fit for the agreed purpose. The shall be in line with the state of the art and the applicable technical and occupational health and safety regulations issued by public authorities and profes- sional associations, as well as with the relevant statutory regulations (particularly the safety and environmental protec- tion regulations). 6.2 The Seller shall comply with drawings, samples or other specifications or documents provided by VICTREX and con- cerning the design or features of the Goods. Changes to the Goods or a relocation of the place of production shall require a timely written notice by the Seller to VICTREX and VICTREX' express prior written consent. 6.3 Where Goods (or their packaging) are substances, mixtures, products or treated materials which are subject to German and European legislation governing hazardous substances (in particular REACH), such Goods must comply with the EU- market access marketability requirements, and all necessary permissions, registrations, notifications and admissions must have been obtained and complied with. Unless expressly re- quested otherwise by VICTREX, all of the above information must be reflected in the delivery notes; this in particular ap- plies for the safety data sheets in accordance with Article 31 (3) of the REACH Regulation. 6.4 For technical devices, a technical description and a user manual are to be supplied free of charge in each German and English. For software products, the Seller shall deliver a com- plete system and user documentation. Software that has been specifically developed for VICTREX the source code shall also be delivered. VICTREX' approval of drawings, samples and other documents submitted by the Seller shall not affect or restrict the Seller's obligation to meet the contractual re- quirements. 6.5 Where the Seller does not comply with the aforesaid obliga- tions the Seller shall upon VICTREX' first demand indemnify and hold VICTREX harmless from all financial losses and ex- penses resulting from such non-compliance, including mone- tary fines, penalties or damage claims asserted by third par- ties. 6.6 The Seller shall impose on its subcontractors the obligations contained in the above provisions of this clause 6.

Supplier must comply with the generally accepted rules of science and technology, safety regulations, any separately agreed quality assurance agreements and the agreed technical data with regard to the goods to be supplied. Any change to the goods to be supplied, to the production process as well as any relocation of production, to another site, for example, shall require the prior written approval of JOYSON.
