The contract between you as the customer and the provider is concluded with the unconditional acceptance (confirmation) of your registration by B&B on behalf of the pro- vider (including the applicable contractual provisions). B&B does not become a party to the contract with the customer for this mediation service. B&B only becomes a party to the contract with the customer if it acts as a provider. If B&B acts as a provider, the following provisions apply. With your reservation, you submit a binding offer to which you are bound for 7 working days.
