Waste disposal. The exhibitor shall be responsible for cleaning his stand and disposing of waste during the stand construction and dismantling periods, and throughout the duration of the exhibition. He shall also be responsi- ble for separating waste into valuable and residual materials. On the evening of any stand set-up and dismantling day, all waste shall be re- moved from the halls or placed in the prescribed containers of Messe Stuttgart for disposal. This waste shall then be properly disposed of by the service partner of LMS.
Waste disposal. 32.1 Unless otherwise stipulated in the individual order, the Contractor or its subcontractor shall be responsible for the waste generated by it as the waste producer during the execution and processing of the order. 32.2 By accepting the order, the Contractor warrants that it will dispose of the waste it generates as a waste producer in accordance with the legal requirements. In particular, the controls of the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act (KrWG), the respective state waste laws and statutes of the municipalities, the Water Resources Act, the Road Haulage Act, the Hazardous Goods Ordinance for Road, Rail and Inland Waterways and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance - in the respective valid versions - must be complied with.
Waste disposal. (1) Insofar as waste (in particular, worn tires, used oil) is created within the framework of use of the Object of Use, the User shall recycle or remove such waste at his own cost in accordance with the terms of the German Waste Management Law, unless otherwise specified in writing by the parties to the contract.

Waste disposal. To the extent waste is generated by Contrac- tor’s goods and services, Contractor shall re- cycle or remove the waste at his own expense under the waste management regulations, subject to other written agreements. Owner- ship and the responsibility under waste man- agement law shall pass to Contractor upon the generation of the waste. Should the com- petent authorities make TenneT accountable in any manner for the waste belonging to Con- tractor under this clause 4.17 and for which he is responsible, Contractor shall hold TenneT fully harmless from any measures imposed by the authorities and, in particular, shall carry them out or take care of them for TenneT. Should Contractor fail to comply with this duty or not do so without undue delay, TenneT shall be entitled to carry out the work itself at Contractor’s expense.
