Customer protection Customer protection is deemed to be agreed; upon acceptance or passing on of orders or other contact with customers of the principal as well as all compa- nies involved in any way in the transport order, all claims of the contractor against the principal are for- feited.
Customer protection 25.1. The supplier shall be obliged to refrain from any business activities arising from and in connection with the scope of supplies and services owed by TGW to the customer and with regard to the supplies/services provided between the supplier and TGW, without the prior written consent of TGW, and shall not directly contact the customer with regard to the contractual scope of supplies and services – for the purpose of its own individual contractual relations.
