Access roadway definition

Access roadway as used in this Section means any ungraveled or paved roadway or other area designed or used for motor vehicle travel and located between Route 4 Lot Frontage and a line parallel with the Lot Frontage and having a distance from it equal to the required Front Setback. However, access roadway does not include entrance solely to gain access to a field used solely for agricultural purposes.
