Accessory Products definition

Accessory Products means the accessory products listed in Exhibit B hereto and other accessory products that connect with or otherwise enhance Sirius Receivers and are approved by Sirius for sale by Directed (including Directed/Sirius Accessory Products).
Accessory Products means optical disc jewel cases, optical disc storage cases and storage racks, optical disc label kits, cleaning kits for optical discs, magnetic cleaning cartridges and similar products that are directly related and ancillary to the end user’s use of Core Products and have no independent utility except when used for or in conjunction with a Core Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Accessory Products do not include products which include a power source.
Accessory Products mean third party software delivered with the Software as a convenience to Licensee, but not licensed under this Agreement. They are licensed to Licensee pursuant to individual end user license agreements that are contained in the software. Accessory Products are not Supportable Modules.

Examples of Accessory Products in a sentence

  • Seller will sell the System and/or Accessory Products to Buyer under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Buyer will pay all duties and taxes including sales, use, property, excise, value added and gross receipts taxes levied on the System or Accessory Products.

  • Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or Buyer’s Order, the System and/or all Accessory Products are to be packed and identified in accordance with customary industry practice.

  • Seller hereby retains a security interest in the System or Accessory Products for any portion of the purchase price thereof unpaid by Buyer.

  • If infringement is found and Buyer’s use of the System, Subsystem and/or Accessory Products is restricted, Seller will, at its option, either (a) redesign the System, Subsystem, and/or Accessory Products to avoid the infringement; (b) seek a license to allow the current technology to be utilized by Seller; or (c) allow Buyer to return the System, Subsystem and/or Accessory Products for a full refund.

  • Seller warrants to Buyer, for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the System to Buyer or for 2000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, that the System or Accessory Product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

  • In no manner does this Agreement imply or authorize any form of technology license to Buyer for any portion of Seller’s technology except for Buyer’s use of the System and Accessory Products for their intended purpose.

  • Seller warrants that it has utilized reasonable efforts to ensure that the System and/or Accessory Products do not infringe on any patented technology belonging to any other person or entity.


More Definitions of Accessory Products

Accessory Products means any products or devices including without limitation those products set forth on Schedule 1 and other products or devices, e.g., catheters and cannulas, to the extent such products and devices are sold specifically for use with the Product or an Improvement.
Accessory Products shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto.
Accessory Products mean spare parts purchased, at Buyer’s option, to enhance the system or replace components within the system.
Accessory Products means products and merchandise.
Accessory Products has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Trademark License Agreement.
Accessory Products means such term as defined in Exhibit 2 of the RCA Trademark Assignment Agreement.

Related to Accessory Products

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter.
