Accrued Expense Amount definition
Accrued Expense Amount means, for each Business Day during a Settlement Period, the sum of:
Accrued Expense Amount means, for each Business Day during an Accrual Period, the sum of (i) the Daily Interest Deposit for such Business Day, (ii) the Daily Commitment Fee Deposit for such Business Day, (iii) the Daily Utilization Fee Deposit for such Business Day, (iv) the Daily Servicing Fee Deposit for such Business Day and (v) all Program Costs which have accrued since the preceding Business Day.
Accrued Expense Amount means, for each Business Day during an Accrual Period, the sum of (i) the Daily Interest Deposit for such Business Day, (ii) (A) if such Business Day is prior to the 20th day of such Accrual Period, 1/10 of each of the Series 1997-1 Monthly Servicing Fee and the portion of each of the Issuer Usage Fees, the Liquidity Usage Fees, the Liquidity Non-Usage Fees, the Issuer Administrative Fees, the Alternate Fees and the Surety Bond Fees to be paid on the next succeeding Settlement Date (up to but not exceeding, in each case, the full amount thereof), assuming that the aggregate Face Amount of Issuer CP on each day is the same as the aggregate Face Amount of Issuer CP on the first day of such Accrual Period or (B) if such Business Day is on or after the 20th day of such Accrual Period and if the Issuer notifies the Master Servicer and the Trustee on such Business Day that Aggregate Daily Collections previously transferred to the Series 1997-1 Non-Principal Collection Sub-account are insufficient to pay the Series 1997-1 Monthly Servicing Fee and the portion of each of the Issuer Usage Fees, the Liquidity Usage Fees, the Liquidity Non-Usage Fees, the Issuer Administrative Fees, the Alternate Fees and the Surety Bond Fees to be paid on the next succeeding Settlement Date, an amount reasonably expected by the Issuer to be equal to such insufficiency, which amount shall be specified in such notice to the Master Servicer and the Trustee, and (iii) the Program Costs for such Business Day.

Any remaining amount on deposit in the Series 1993-2 Non-Principal Collection Sub-subaccount (in excess of the Accrued Expense Amount as of such day) not allocated pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) above shall be paid to the holder of the Series 1993-2 Subordinated Interest; provided, however, that during the Series 1993-2 Amortization Period, such remaining amounts shall be deposited in the Series 1993-2 Principal Collection Sub-subaccount for distribution in accordance with subsection 3.05(c).
Any remaining amounts on deposit in the Series 2000-2 Non-Principal Collection Sub-subaccount (in excess of the Accrued Expense Amount as of such day) not allocated pursuant to clauses (i) through (v) above shall be paid to the owner of the Series 2000-2 Subordinated Interest; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that during the Series 2000-2 Amortization Period, such remaining amounts shall be deposited in the Series 2000-2 Principal Collection Sub-subaccount for distribution in accordance with subsection 3A.6(c).
Any remaining amount on deposit in the Series 1997-1 Non-Principal Collection Sub-subaccount (in excess of the Accrued Expense Amount as of such day) not allocated pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) above shall be paid to the holder of the Series 1997-1 Subordinated Interest; provided, however, that during the Series 1997-1 Amortization Period, such remaining amounts shall be deposited in the Series 1997-1 Principal Collection Sub-subaccount for distribution in accordance with subsection 3A.06(c).
Any remaining amounts on deposit in the Series 1997-2 Non- Principal Collection Sub-subaccount (in excess of the Accrued Expense Amount as of such day) not allocated pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) above shall be paid to the holder of the Series 1997-2 Subordinated Interest; provided, however, that during the Series 1997-2 Amortization Period, such remaining amounts shall be deposited in the Series 1997-2 Principal Collection Sub-subaccount for distribution in accordance with subsection 3A.06(c).
If the Deferred Revenue Amount exceeds the Accrued Expense Amount, the Seller shall deliver a check to the Buyer in the amount of such excess together with the schedule.
More Definitions of Accrued Expense Amount
Accrued Expense Amount means, for each Business Day during an Accrual ---------------------- Period, the sum of (i) the portion of the Monthly Interest Amount allocable to such Business Day, (ii) one-fifth of the Servicing Fee due on the succeeding Payment Date (in the aggregate up to such Servicing Fee), (iii) the Program Fee for such Business Day, (iv) the portion of the Monthly Trustee Fee and Transition Costs allocable to such Business Day and (v) the Commitment Fee for such Business Day; provided, however, that if by the fifth Business Day of an Accrual Period, the -------- ------- entire amount of (A) the Monthly Interest Amount, (B) the Servicing Fee, (C) the Program Fee, (D) the Monthly Trustee Fee and Transitions Cost and (E) the Commitment Fee, in each case for such Accrual Period, shall not have been transferred to the Series 1999-1 Non-Principal Collection Sub-subaccount, the Accrued Expense Amount for such Business Day (and each Business Day thereafter until paid) shall also include the amount of such shortfall.
