Accumulation Period Commencement Date definition

Accumulation Period Commencement Date means in respect of the Related Loan Note, the first day of the month that is 3 whole months prior to the Scheduled Redemption Date for the Related Loan Note provided, however, that if the Accumulation Period Length for such Related Loan Note is less than 3 months, the Accumulation Period Commencement Date will be the first day of the month that is the number of whole months prior to such Scheduled Redemption Date at least equal to the Accumulation Period Length and, as a result, the number of Monthly Periods during the period from the Accumulation Period Commencement Date to such Scheduled Redemption Date will be at least equal to the number of months comprising the Accumulation Period Length.
Accumulation Period Commencement Date means March 1, 2007 or, if the Issuer, acting directly or through the Administrator, makes an election pursuant to Section 3.20, the later date selected by the Issuer pursuant to Section 3.20.

Accumulation Period Commencement Date means the first day of the July 2002 Monthly Period if the Accumulation Period Length is four months, the first day of the August 2002 Monthly Period if the Accumulation Period Length is three months, the first day of the September 2002 Monthly Period if the Accumulation Period Length is two months, and the first day of the October 2002 Monthly Period if the Accumulation Period Length is one month; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length has been determined to be less than four months and, after such determination, any outstanding Series enters into an early amortization period, the Accumulation Period Commencement Date shall be the earlier of (x) the date on which such other outstanding Series entered its early amortization period and (y) the Accumulation Period Commencement Date as previously determined.
