Added work definition

Added work shall be defined as all regular 13 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 14 scheduled daily routes, not to include extra trips. Pay for added work shall be the same as that for 15 regular routes.
Added work shall be defined as all regular 22 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 24 regular routes.
