Added work definition

Added work shall be defined as all regular 17 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 18 scheduled daily routes, not to include extra trips. Pay for added work shall be the same as that for 19 regular routes.
Added work shall be defined as all regular 22 scheduled working support of the instructional program before, in between, or after regular 24 regular routes.
