Additional Mandatory Charges means separately stated charges that we require you to pay to hire or lease the Vehicle for the period of time to which the rental rate applies, and which are imposed by a governmental entity and specifically relate to the operation of a rental vehicle business. Charges” means the fees and charges that are incurred under this Agreement. “Loss of Use” means the loss of our ability to use a Vehicle for our purposes because of Vehicle damage or loss during a Rental Period, including use for rent, display for rent and/or sale, opportunity to upgrade or sell, or transportation of employees. “Rental Period” means the period between the time you take possession of the Vehicle until the Vehicle is either returned to or recovered by us and checked in by us. “Renter” means the person or persons identified as the renter on the Rental Agreement. “Travellers Autobarn” means Travellers Autobarn Inc. “Vehicle” means the vehicle identified in the Rental Agreement as well as any replacement vehicle and includes all equipment, accessories, tires, tools or any additional rent items. “We” means Travellers Autobarn and “our” has a corresponding meaning. “You” means the Renter, all authorized drivers and any person whose credit card is presented for payment or who is otherwise responsible for any payment associated with the rental, and “your” has a corresponding meaning.
