Additional Phases definition

Additional Phases means the additional acreage that may be added to the development in one or more Phases at the sole discretion of the Developer, together with the Common Areas as shown on the Plat amendment(s) to be filed in connection therewith.
Additional Phases means the Phase II Facilities and any additional phases of the Project, such as additional liquefaction trains or an expansion of the capacity of any of the Phase II Facilities beyond initial capacity, plus any other ancillary works and developments which are necessary or desirable, subject to obtaining any Lender approvals and Governmental Approvals.
