Additional Resource Charge definition

Additional Resource Charge or “ARC” is the charge per Resource Unit that is applicable whenever the actual consumption of a Resource Unit by the Eligible Recipients exceeds the Resource Baseline set forth in Schedule J. The total additional charges will be calculated by multiplying the Additional Resource Charge by the number of Resource Units in excess of the Resource Baseline actually consumed by the Eligible Recipients.
Additional Resource Charge or “ARC” means the incremental charge set forth in Appendix C-2 of this Schedule payable by Client to Service Provider (in addition to the Charges) for a particular Resource Unit Category for a particular Volume Measurement Period when Service Provider delivers Service volumes that exceed the upper Band Limit for that Resource Unit Category during that Volume Measurement Period. “[***]*
Additional Resource Charge or "ARC" means the incremental charge payable by Company in addition to the charges set forth in Section 4.1.1 for a particular Resource Unit Category for a particular Volume Measurement Period when Provider delivers Service volumes that exceed the upper Band limit for that Resource Unit Category during that Volume Measurement Period.

Examples of Additional Resource Charge in a sentence

  • If the actual consumption of a Resource Unit in any month is greater or less than the applicable Monthly Resource Baseline, an Additional Resource Charge (ARC) or Reduced Resource Credit (RRC) shall be applied, as provided in this Exhibit.

  • Fees for additional resources are equal to (a) Fees for additional resource units below the Additional Resource Charge (ARC) Deadband Threshold and (b) Fees for additional resource units above the ARC Deadband Threshold.

  • Such change in Services volumes will be handled in accordance with the Additional Resource Charge and Reduced Resource Charge methodology, and Minimum Revenue Commitment requirement as set forth in Section 3.5(C) and Schedule 6 (Fees).
