Adjusted Investment definition

Adjusted Investment means the sum, at the time in question, of:
Adjusted Investment of a Member as of any date means $1,000 per Preferred Membership Interest, reduced, but not below zero, by Cash from Capital Transactions excluding any amounts that represent payment of a deficiency in the 8% Priority Return distributed, in the case of a Preferred Member, to such Member under Subsection 5.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Adjusted Investment

Adjusted Investment with respect to any Holder, shall mean the Capital Contribution with respect to the Membership Interest of such Holder, reduced by any Distributions of Net Cash Flow and Capital Items Proceeds made to the Holder with respect to the Membership Interest (but not reduced by any distributions used to payoff a Class B Member's Preferred Cumulative Return), provided that no Member's Adjusted Investment shall be less than zero.
