Adult Team definition

Adult Team means a team that is affiliated with BC Soccer outside the youth age categories;
Adult Team means a team of individuals, excluding teams to be comprised exclusively of individuals under the age of 18, or any other age under 18;
Adult Team means any Adult team with no age restriction.“Annual Clubs’ Meeting”means the annual meeting of all of the clubs, within a Competition, who meet to appoint the Management Group.“Club”means a club affiliated to and/or playing in a Competition who are subject to these Operational Rules.“Club Official”means a person who may be paid or unpaid to carry out official duties on behalf of a club or appointed to a position on the management board of a club.“Coach”means a suitable UKCC qualified person who holds a current RFL coaching licence. “Code of Conduct” means any codes of conduct specified by the RFL from time to time."Community Board "means the group constituted pursuant to Article 79 of Articles of Association of the RFL.“Community Board Regulatory Group”means a committee appointed by the Community Board to review and develop these Operational Rules.“CompetitionDisciplinary Tribunal”means the people appointed by the relevant Management Group to deal with cases of Misconduct in their Competition.“Competition”means any tier four, five or six Rugby League competition recognised by the Community Board in which a Club participates.“Competition Officer”means a person named as the primary administrator for a relevant Competition.“Competition Rules” “Compliance Manager”means the rules that govern the respective Competitions which must include such rules as specified by the RFL from time to time. means the person who is from time to time appointed by the RFL Board to the post of Compliance Manager in accordance of the terms of Tiers 1-3 Operational Rules or the nominated representative of the Compliance Manager.“CWO”means Club Welfare Officer.‘’DBS’’means completion of the disclosure and barring service forms including receiving a suitable disclosure and barring service enhanced disclosure certificate and if appropriate having had that disclosure risk assessed in accordance with the RFL Safeguarding Policy. “Disciplinary Panel” means either the relevant Competition Disciplinary Tribunal, or an RFL Appeal Tribunal, whichever panel has jurisdiction for hearing the case.“Game”means the game of Rugby League.“Hearing”means the hearing of a Misconduct case by a Disciplinary Panel.“I.D. Related to Adult Team

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Student teaching means a supervised teaching practice occurring near the end of an applicant's approved program.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
