Advance definition

Advance. Any P&I Advance or Servicing Advance.

Advance means any P&I Advance or Property Advance made with respect to any of the Notes, the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgaged Property pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA or the Note A-2 PSA.

Advance means the portion of the Commitment Amount requested by the Company in the Advance Notice.

• It shall not (i) extend credit to others for the purpose of buying or carrying any Margin Stock in such a manner as to violate Regulation T or Regulation U or (ii) use all or any part of the proceeds of any Advance, whether directly or indirectly, and whether immediately, incidentally or ultimately, for any purpose that violates the provisions of the Regulations of the Board of Governors, including, to the extent applicable, Regulation U and Regulation X.

• If any payment of principal or Yield with respect to any Advance falls due on a day which is not a Business Day, then such due date shall be extended to the next following Business Day, and additional Yield shall accrue and be payable for the period of such extension at the rate applicable to such Advance.

• Such sum represents a two (2) month prepaid security deposit (“Prepaid Deposit”) and the Monthly Advance Payment for the first month stay at the Facility.

Advance means a disbursement of Loan funds made, or to be made, to Borrower or on Borrower's behalf on a line of credit or multiple advance basis under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Advance means an advance by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance.
