Advertising Order definition

Advertising Order as defined in these Terms means the contract for the publication of one or several ads of an advertising customer or other advertiser (“Customer”) for the purpose of distribution via a newspaper or magazine marketed by JIE. The Terms shall apply accordingly also to orders for tip-ons, bound-ins, inserts or special technical layouts.
Advertising Order means the agreement for the broadcast of an Advertising Message on the Site and/or the Applications, reached by FMM and the Buyer based on the reservation requests issued by the latter and accepted by FMM, taking into account the availability of Advertising Spaces on the Site and the Applications and concluded in accordance with the present terms.
Advertising Order means a request made by Advertiser for advertising on CF's standard advertising order form.
