Advisory Contract definition

Advisory Contract means any existing investment advisory, sub-advisory, investment management, trust or similar agreement with any Customer of the Company or any Subsidiary.
Advisory Contract means any agreement between an Adviser Subsidiary and any Person pursuant to which an Adviser Subsidiary agrees to provide investment advisory services to such Person.
Advisory Contract means any written agreement pursuant to which the IA Subsidiary provides investment advisory, investment management, commodity trading or collateral management services (including subadvisory services) to a Client.

  • Each Victory Advisory Contract includes all provisions required by, and has been performed in accordance with, the Advisers Act and all other requirements under Securities Laws applicable to the respective Victory Adviser except as would not have a Buyer Material Adverse Effect.

Advisory Contract means any existing investment advisory, sub-advisory, investment management, trust or similar agreement between HDV Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries and any Person where HDV Holdings or such Subsidiary acts as investment adviser, manager, sub-advisor, sub-manager, or in another similar capacity to such Person.
Advisory Contract means any Contract pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provides Investment Management Services to any Person, excluding the Management Agreement.
