Works Program definition
Works Program has the meaning given in Clause 6.1.1.
Works Program means the Colorado works program established pursuant to part 7 of article 2 of title 26.
Works Program means the schedule of the specific public facilities for which contributions may be required, and the likely timing of provision of those public facilities based on projected rates of development, the collection of development contributions and the availability of funds from supplementary sources.

Works Program a plan of Petroleum Works to be carried out during a period determined beforehand as approved at a meeting of the Operating Committee under the conditions stipulated in the Contract.
