  • Primary Customer agrees to notify the Affiliate Customers of any such notices received, agreements made and actions taken on behalf of any such Affiliate Customer.

  • Market Savvy shall: provide the Affiliate with an Affiliate Link; provide, operate and manage the Website to which the Affiliate is referring potential Affiliate Customers; and provide the Affiliate with suitable promotional material or otherwise approve promotional material for the Promotional Activities.

  • For consent to be valid, Affiliate shall ensure that Affiliate Customers are at least notified of (i) the data controller’s identity (for the purpose of this collaboration Purple Bay B.V. is the data controller); (ii) the purpose for such consent; (iii) the Personal Data collected and used; (iv) their right to withdraw consent at any time and free of charge.

  • The Affiliate agrees that it must use its best endeavours under this Agreement: to encourage potential customers to become Affiliate Customers; and to promote or procure the promotion of the business of Market Savvy with all due care and diligence.

  • Actions in relation to Affiliate Customers The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that Market Savvy shall retain ownership and control of the database containing information in relation to Affiliate Customers.
