Agreed Facilities and Areas definition

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan provided by Afghanistan at the locations listed in Annex A, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan as may be provided by Afghanistan in the future, to which United States forces, United States contractors, United States contractor employees, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the right to access and use pursuant to this Agreement.

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Sweden listed in Annex A to this Agreement that are used with the consent of Sweden by U.S. forces, U.S. contractors, Swedish contractors, dependents, and others as mutually agreed.‌

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan provided by Afghanistan at the locations listed in Annex A, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan as may be provided by Afghanistan in the future, to which NATO, NATO Member States and Operational Partners, NATO Forces, NATO Contractors, NATO Contractor Employees, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the right to access and use pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Agreed Facilities and Areas

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Australia provided by Australia which may be listed in Annex A appended to this Agreement, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Australia as may be provided by Australia in the future, to which United States Forces, United States Contractors, dependants, and other United States Government personnel as mutually agreed, shall have the right to access and use pursuant to this Agreement. “Australian Defence Force (ADF)” means members of the permanent Australian Navy, Army and Air Force and members of the Naval Reserve, Army Reserve, or Air Force Reserve who are rendering continuous full-time service or are on duty or in uniform.

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Estonia listed in Annex A of this Agreement, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Estonia as may be provided by Estonia in the future and mutually agreed, to which U.S. forces, U.S. contractors, dependents, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the right to access and use pursuant to this Agreement.

Agreed Facilities and Areas means such facilities and areas listed in Annex A of this Agreement, including buildings and structures, in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania owned by Lithuania and used by U.S. forces, U.S. contractors, dependents, and others as mutually agreed, with the consent of Lithuania.

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan provided by Afghanistan and listed in Annex A, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan as may be provided by Afghanistan in the future, to which United

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Slovakia listed in Annex A to this Agreement, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Slovakia as may be provided by Slovakia in the future and mutually agreed, to which U.S. forces, U.S. contractors, dependents, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the rights of access and use pursuant to this Agreement. With full respect for portions designated by Slovakia or its Executive Agent for its exclusive use, the Parties shall have joint access to and use of Agreed Facilities and Areas, except for any portions thereof specifically designated by the Parties or their Executive Agents for the exclusive access and use of U.S. forces.
