Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan provided by Afghanistan at the locations listed in Annex A, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Afghanistan as may be provided by Afghanistan in the future, to which United States forces, United States contractors, United States contractor employees, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the right to access and use pursuant to this Agreement.

Agreed Facilities and Areas means the facilities and areas in the territory of Slovakia listed in Annex A to this Agreement, and such other facilities and areas in the territory of Slovakia as may be provided by Slovakia in the future and mutually agreed, to which U.S. forces, U.S. contractors, dependents, and others as mutually agreed, shall have the rights of access and use pursuant to this Agreement.
