Equipment Documents definition

Equipment Documents means the Supply Contract, together with all warranty agreements, extended services agreement and other instruments and documents that relate to the acquisition, installation, maintenance or warranty of Equipment and all of Borrower's books and records relating to the Equipment, including all of the following: operating manuals, training manuals, service guides, and maintenance and service records, in whatever form, including digital and electronic form.
Equipment Documents means each Lease Agreement, the Contribution Agreement, and each Xxxx of Sale.

More Definitions of Equipment Documents

Equipment Documents means all of the Documents relating to Debtor's rights regarding the Equipment, including any amendments, restatements, supplements or other modifications thereof.
Equipment Documents means (a) the plans and specifications with respect to the Equipment; (b) the contract or purchase order(s) for the equipment; (c) policies of title, casualty, public liability and workers’ compensation insurance, or certificates thereof, as required by this Lease with respect to the Equipment, if any; (d) performance and payment of bonds with respect to the Equipment, if any; (e) policies of automobile or equipment, if any, casualty and public liability insurance, any and all other documents executed by or furnished to the City in connection with the acquisition and equipping of the Equipment.
Equipment Documents means the disclosure materials related to the description and specifications of the Equipment, as such documents may be amended or supplemented from time 3
Equipment Documents means, with respect to any Item of Equipment, the documents described on Schedule 15 with respect to such Item of Equipment.

Related to Equipment Documents

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
