Landside Area definition

Landside Area means the upper and lower level terminal roadways, the inbound and outbound terminal roads, the commercial lane, rental car service and storage areas, a portion of the auto rental/parking/terminal people mover, rental car ready/return areas, skyways, and the automobile parking areas (except the underground parking beneath Terminal 1) at the Airport as shown on Exhibit F.
Landside Area means an area identified as such by a relevant entity in their security programme including an area of an airport, adjacent terrain and building, or any portion that is not airside;”; (hh) the substitution for the definition of ‘lost C2 link state’ of the following definition:

With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
