Alleged Violator definition

Alleged Violator means the owner of record and the operator, if any, of land which is the subject of a complaint filed in accordance with Rule 8.
Alleged Violator means the ground water user, landowner, or operator of the land who allegedly has failed to comply with any of these rules and regulations.
Alleged Violator means a person or entity issued a citation under the Smoke Free Illinois Act.
